Exchange or refund
with your jewelry, you have 14 days (see article L 121-21 of the consumer code) to return it in its original condition for an exchange or a refund.
Several scenarios may arise:
1. You wish to exchange your jewelry for a model or size that suits you better : you can return the jewelry with the return form included in the package sent to you with your initial order. Upon receipt of your package, you can choose another model on our website.
2. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the jewelry within 14 calendar days from the date of effective delivery. The jewelry must be returned in its original condition.
Jewelry that has been personalized with engraving cannot be returned or exchanged.
